Is it hard to get job in Malta with masters degree in marketing? Is expirience neccessary needed? Are there marketing agencies, companies with marketing department etc?

It should not be a problem to find a marketing job in Malta but I think you are still 1 1/2 years away. I would advise you to make sure you include online marketing and webdesign and similar things in your qualifications. You have enough time if you have not already studied those and related areas. As Malta is a island the internet plays a large role in all businesses.
