Hi guys,

Please let me know if any of you have your Ed Visa through OLA? They're not too hot (to put it mildly) at customer service, I'm trynna find out about the '90 day sign on' story.

They mentioned something about that it soon shouldn't be necessary for Ed Visa "students" to visit immigration every 3 months. Anyone know anything about this?

....oh, what I meant was "Ed Visa students" who are with OLA, I have no idea about other agents ; )

I think it doesn't make any difference. Ed Visa is for all those students who have it in their passes regardless of their institutions and I wonder if the immigration office differentiates the rules for particular agents. Anyway, it sounds like a good idea. As a PhD student here, it's very difficult for me to show up at the immigration office every 3 months. I should make one day off and pay a lot to get there! It's a pain in the neck! I wish I could at least post the info needed. That's why I hope it comes true! :-)
