hi lola, in ortigas area, its easy to find condo units, i was there today and did some inquiries for commercial space, they have 12k/mo., 2 months advance 1 month deposit, and 1 year contract.if u gonna stay for 7 mos., maybe you talk to the owner. a flat is ideal but its hard to find in that area. lets find it:)
