Should I Move to Jordan?

Hi Everyone!
I am an American engaged to a Jordanian man. I recently came back from a vacation in Jordan and fell in love with the country. We are finding that immigration for my fiance is not as easy as it once was. I am open to the idea of moving to Jordan. HOWEVER... I do have a 6 yr old daughter who speaks no arabic and neither does myself. I want to know if there are good schools for her to go to. I also would like to know about food and tv and some regular american comforts. Also are there classes to learn arabic. Any advice would be greatly appreciated in helping me make my decision. We would probably be living in either Amman or Irbid. Thank you!
