i'm a romanian guy,living in Finland and working as a waiter in a well known hotel,i'd like to move to Malta,Valetta,how easy is to find a studio or a room to rent,and how easy is to find work in this field?

welcome to the forum.
You will not find many appartments to rent in Valletta and only a few 2-3 star hotels. In other areas it is quite easy to find an appartment or renting a room in a shared appartment.
The major hotels are in other parts of Malta.
As a Romanian citizen you will need a work permit and,sadly, the salaries as a waiter in Malta will probably be a fraction of what you are used to in Finland.
But,on the other side, it can be a lot warmer -)))
