Hi deviousem! great to hear from you! How are you finding Abu Dhabi? Are you working over here?? I like it so far, the weather is amazing compared to what im used too My company have put me in a hotel until my accommodation gets sorted! I have to look around an see is there somewhere nice to live . give me a write back

Ya i lived in Qatar for a few weeks before the company moved me here.I like Abu Dhabi much much more. Im a Q.S for a construction company.Well at the moment im loving the weather because its sooooo much nicer than Ireland so im just going for runs on the beaches and checking out the malls and stuff, although the malls can get boring Still seeing some parts of the city yet. And i wont lie being irish  do like the pubs but being without them doesnt bother me either (after all i lived in Qatar)

Ya the malls wreck my head if they are busy! But i end up going just to kill time...loser i know ya i was in pjs a few nights ago its was only ok.

How have you got on with the accommodation side of things? I have got a job starting in April and I will be in your shoes! Are you still looking for a place to live? How are you finding it out there so far?

Hi Friends... i coming dubai for a job. My company is offering me 5000 AED salary per month. is it sufficient to live in dubai by paying accomodation, food and travelling.. Please let me knw frnds m unable 2 make decission. can i make savings after making out these expense..

how are you finding Abu Dhabi so far? it can be hard sometimes to meet ppl here. especially when u have just moved here. ive been here for 12 years and still is hard to meet ppl sometimes lol.

Is this because it's too hot outside,and people like me are rather stay in home..
I can only see some Pakistani on the street.

I have been here just over 2.5 years now and still looking for friends to hang out with...it's really difficult to find friends.

actually with this salary u can just live a simple life in UAE U can save around 2500 but for that u have to control ur expenses, atleast 25 percent of ur salary might go in accomodation hence try to negotiate with ur employr stretch them till 7000 atleast .
