Cigar shop in port louis or flic en flac?

Oh, that's an interesting one.... I like cigars too.

yeah I'm looking for a shop. I'm giving it as a gift

there is one in Qautre Bornes and Bagatelle.
Do you know Vin/20 outlets? (basically for Wines) they also sell Cuban Cigars real classic ones.

At Bagatelle:
Vin/20 Outlet is on ur left before you enter Intermart

At Quatre Bornes:
Vin/20 outlet is in front of Orbis Court.
If you coming from Shoprite and you enter Quatre bornes, it's on your right after the redlight.

As they say Cigars goes well with wines.

Been there and they are expensive
