QUESTIONS RE: rural living, building home, small business.

Quiero info para viviendo in a more rural location, preferament within una hora drive to the more populated areas. Pero,.queremos vivir en una area where we can grow our own comida, raise a few animales and construct una casa piquena de natural con mis manos, como Adobe. As in: pura vida.

Nessesito info de doing small business tambien, por favor. Quiero possible business en cafe pizza, Muy piqueno, period con bustling neighborhood...if that exsists. Lived in Portland, OR and loved the simple but radical food scene.
Could someone comment on the food scene, organic agriculture and any type of mercado de ranchero, or farmers markets, and the social pulse of it all?
