Offer letter for Employment Visa

Hello,
We are company based at Mumbai,India and we have hired one French employee.
She now wish to apply for visa(Employment visa possibly)
She wants our company offer letter so shall we give the same letter that we give to our regular employees or it should be differnt.

Its impossible you cant hire a foreigner employee under Indian Act policy and procedure, first she should have valid employment from your company and later once the formalities is completed then you can give her offer letter mentioning she hired from your company and every year annual vacation with all the facilitate one foreigner employee should have under Indian Act Para Chapter 91A

Wilson,
Wat do you mean exactly?
Shall we ask her if she has employment letter or sumthing?
or how can she have valid employment untill we hir her.
can you give me link to that act?
Or what shall we do if we need to hire her

Hi khandornayan,

you can give her offer letter from your company. and she can apply for Employment visa from her country. her salary including compensation should not be less than 25,000 USD per anum, if she is not a cook or language specialist. Her educational background and experience should also reflect the kind of job she is being offered here. your company should also maintain ration of 99:1. that is only 1 % can be foreigner employees.
