House purchase

I was raised in America, have a house near Teramo.  Would be helpful to know a little more about what you are trying to achieve (e.g., farm, seaside, B&B, etc etc).

I'm looking for 3/4 bedroom country home with some land (have 2 kids) close to village/town.  A place with some original fetures would be good eg stonework and/or beams and/or ceilings and I'm happy to take on restoration.  Thanks.

Hope to purchase property soon, we have to open a bank account for everyday use and money transfer from scotland to italy. Any advice of which banks are the best to avoid huge bank charges.thank you maureen

avoid Italain banks as their charges are too much. Open an account at the Italian Post office instead.
