I am renting out my flat in Poblenou (short or long term, furnished or unfurnished, TBD)
The flat is in a parallel street of Rambla de Poblenou and the area is very quiet and save (lots of families, etc). The beach is just 5 minutes walking away and the metro too.
The flat has 30m2 and one bedroom (double bed) and one living room with small kitchen. Furthermore there is a brand new air conditioning in the flat, fridge, washing machine and a huge roof terrace with BBQ.
The flat is small but very lovely for one person. All furniture's are less than a year old.

The costs are 600 per months (plus more or less 100 for internet, telephone, electricity and water).
