I am an American expat living in Paris and we are thinking of moving to Orleans in the near future.  My French husband's family lives in Orleans and we are looking to move to have more open space.  At the moment, we do go down to Orleans quite frequently on the weekends - I would be very interested in meeting any English-speaking expats living in Orleans!  Please let me know if you are open for a drink or anything!

I wanted to get in touch with you because we are currently looking for an English tutor who speaks French to teach a young student in Saint-Pryvé-Saint-Mesmin Area. I wanted to inquire whether you or you have some friends in Orléans who would be interested in teaching her, since she is moving to U.S in May next year. This program is expected to kick off as soon as possible.

I'm an American, moving to Orleans with my French husband in early October, and I'm wondering if there are any other Americans or English speakers in the area...? Or any expat groups that meet up? I've read about some but the most recent posts I've seen were a few years ago, so just checking to see if any of you are still out there I'd love to join a group or meet up with any of you for a coffee or a drink!

I'm so happy you messaged me! I live in Orleans and would love to meet up sometime! Currently I'm back in the states visiting my family and friends but I'll be back in Orleans mid-Sept.

To answer your question, there's one small group of expats in Orleans so far and we get together every so often. We're always looking for more people so I'd love to introduce you to everyone!
