A lot of the questions you have are already addressed by topic on this forum. I suggest you read all the posts in all the topics and then ask follow up specific questions by topic. It'll be easier for you to track what you learn if you post by topic (example 'ATMs in Tripoli' rather than generic 'Hi there' subjects. Trust me, I've been on this forum a while, am about to leave for Libya in about 2 weeks and I've learned a lot here.
