What is the average price of a villa? I am looking to move in less than a month. I have been looking online and everything I see is VERY expensive (600-800). I am just wondering if these are the prices I can expect.

Villa will cost around 600-800. You will get good flats for 400-500 range. Classifieds in news papers will help you to find a good accommodation. Best of Luck

I forgot to mention I am moving to Sohar or any area close by. I know Muscat is expensive but I am hoping this area is cheaper and I will be able to find a good place to live for a reasonable price.
