Need help to find jobs

Hello everyone,
I'm going to move to Erbil in a month with my husband. I'm originally from Iran,Currently living in North Cyprus. I have my B.A in applied linguistics. I speak English, Farsi fluently, average Kurdish, and a little bit of Turkish. I need to find a job in Erbil so that I can start living. Also, my husband is Kurd Iranian, he's an IT engineer who used to work as the Technical support center in an ADSL provider company. He has also 3years experince as an electrician. The big question is how? Are there any recruitment agencies? Is there an employer who might be interested?
