Not yet because according to what was understood that I need to find the job first. Get hired, and then get a working visa trough employer. What your opinion?

Actually I have no thoughts on how to solve my goals more easily. This is my first attempt. So I need a variety of opinions from U or any who with experience or knowledge in this matter.
