Study Spanish in Uruguay

Uruguay doesn't have a University for people to learn the language, you can study "LIcenciatura en letras" or "Liceniatura en Lingüística" at the Facultad de Humanidades, but you need to know Spanish first.
To learn Spanish, you can take classes with a teacher.
