The apartment is a new single room (about 25m2), well-furnished with washing-mashine, refrigerator, air-conditioner, lots of closets, a table with two chairs and a bed that I leave for free. Bathroom and toilets are separated from the living room. The window faces mountains from the 10th floor.

The apartment is very closed to any facilities: banks, dry-cleaner, Family Mart, Home Plus... and only five minutes walk from the tube station, Gaya. You can reach Soemyeon very easily either by tube (2 stations) or by walk (20 minutes).
