Sites, programs and dictionaries to Learn azeri and turkish languages

hello expats in azerbaijan
i would like to guide to some references for learning azeri language or turkish
my huhsband told me that learning azeri like turkish
because azeri is an accent of turkish
azerbaijani people can understand turkish
because azeri language resources are rare and if it is found, it will be paid.
so i will try to begin with free sites, programs and dictionaries for who concerns with.
