Confused about Visa and employment

Hi all,

I am an Indian Expat and have come on a Family Visa 22 to Kuwait. I have been looking for employment in the Financial or Banking sector and have lately come to know that if i am on Visa 22 till the time i don't complete one year stay in Kuwait i would not be eligible for employment.
Does anyone have any idea??

Unfortunately that's true unless the company has a very strong mandoub

You can work on 22 visa till you finish one year and i think company wont mind if they really want you in their company and once you finish one year you can transfer

Hi all, I am new here I have got offer with 450kwd and Accomidation and transport other ting tinge is this is enough to save how much it cost for food, is this good salary who has 12 years experiance in fitness teaching they said each class commision how much it comes I don't know so pls let me know can I accept it or not
