Hi I stayed in an apartment in Balaclava last year and I was very happy there so I am looking for an old house in Balaclava in the Turtle Bay area to buy that I can renovate do you know of anyone wanting to sell. I have a lot of friends in the surrounding areas there and would like to live there close to my friends

It seems that you are not a Mauritian citizen. If I'm right, you need to bear in mind that not all properties are within your acquisition reach, of course, on a legal point of view.
