Canada PR Visa

Hi, I am 27/F/India. I applied for Canada Immigration Visa under Federal Skilled Worker [1122 – Professional Occupations in Business Services to Management]. I am B.B.A. and having 4yrs of experience as Business Consultant.I also achieved required score in IELTS.I courier my file on 4/7/11 and it was delivered on 11/7/11.

After that I got my file back on 10/10/11 with the letter from Canada Immigration Services stated that: 1)We received your file after cap reached (as per information updated on cic Cap was reached on 22/08/11).
2)We have assessed your file and conclude that as per NOC you are not eligible for this category.You can apply for other visas.

After that I sent back my file on 13/10/11 with the Signature Proof of Courier delivery[11/7/11]. And copy of NOC guideline as mention on cic.gc.ca.

Still I am waiting for reply from Canada Immigration .

Any guidance or help or advice  will be appreciated.
