Hello there,
I am just curious, cause I came from a tropical country. I am not really used to wearing some three piece suits.
Any suggestions of what to wear in Zurich especially in January.

Many years ago I arrived in Switzerland in January as well. It is the coldest month of the year. It was minus 4 C in the morning and just a bit "warmer" in the afternoon. I had to buy a winter coat, several pullovers, warm sweaters, gloves, tights and boots.
I even had to buy some "warmer" clothes to work in the office. Most of my "business" clothes were made of linen and I had to buy cotton/wool uniforms.
It will be quite a climate shock but you will eventually get used to it.

If you're still in the Philippines, check out the "Winter Store" in Cartimar, Pasay City. Ask for the owner, she knows what you need. Btw, the prices are sooo cheap. But I suggest you just buy 2 coats and buy the rest here in Switzerland. January to February are sale months. Moreover, bargains are still way cheaper if you go around the borders of Switzerland (e.g. France, Italy). Search for Serravalle or Fox Town on the internet.
