Hi,

is it popular to share a flat in Toronto ?

What advice would you give to those looking for shared accommodation in Toronto?

Can you recommend specialized local websites or newspapers?

By the way, keep in mind there is a flat share/house share section in the Classifieds

Hi Christine,

It is very popular to share an apartment or house in Toronto, especially among young people. If you are a student you may avail yourself of the excellent service of the university's Off Campus Housing listing. Another good service is Craigslist Toronto: apts/housing.

The difficulty in choosing is of course that a new comer has no idea of the geography. I would be happy to help if you give me more details re your needs, and a bit about yourself.
