What advice would you give to those looking for shared accommodation in Hubei?

Chinese transelator must be with you when you sign flat contract or sharing or whatever related to signature.
there are towers near by each University. Try to live near by your work. transportation is not queit good as so many cars,motorbikes,bikes and poeople crossing the road every second you expect some1 jump on front of the car. best idea find flat near to your work to aviod traffic madness.
I am in Wuhan find stuggeling in this point.
