Hey everyone

I am moving out to Grand Baie in January and would love some information on Horseriding, i have horses in the UK which i cant bring with me so if anyone can advise where is best to go riding, how much does it cost? and anyone with possible horses for short term 3-6month Loan?

Hi ,

There is a horse riding club in Mont Choicey not very far from Grand Baie. The last time I went there I paid MUR 1900, I am not very sure. It was for 1 hour and was allowed to take the horse on 800 hectre full gallop ride.

Hi, I ride in Floreal but it's really far from Grand Bay. However, as a member of a riding center, you should be paying just a few hundred rupees per lesson. I share my horse and it costs me a bit over 6000 rupees per month, 2 lessons included. It is a budget but well... It's cool to ride!

And there's a riding club called La Louisa in the North, I don't know whether it's the same Terence mentioned.
