Hi, just wondering what the cost for a one bedroom apartment is in district 1 HCMC. How much does this vary between districts?

Hi, I have worked for the expat housing in HCM for 4-5 months
As I know, almost the apparments are designed for 2 or more than 2 bedrooms, but 1 bedroom is possible with the price is $450 - $550 in D1, I think If you live in D4 ( take 2-3 mins to Bui Vien or De Tham St ) the rent is lower
Some advices, anyway I can help you find a good place to live

Realistically, if you're looking for a 1 bedroom apartment in D1, it is going to be on the expensive side because of the location. You'll be looking at rent to be around $750+ (separate room, living room and kitchen). If you're looking for a studio or bedroom to rent in D1, the cost will be much cheaper ranging around $250-$600. Binh Thanh District, which is next to D1 has cheaper apartments that can be rented out for around $400+.
