Hi Alil,
Welcome to expat-blog

There is nothing hard and fast. SABIC is one of the top-notch companies of KSA and they really pay very well but hiring through a contrator may be a big different.
I (as a job function) sometimes deal with SABIC to outsource consultants etc and I know how SABIC budgets and what we pay as contractors.
Again, nothing is hard and fast and you need to go through the contract they are offering you.

Yes, following the professional ethics, they'll issue one letter mentioning your work for SABIC.

Will these contracting companies creates problem in giving so
Yes, to leave KSA (even for a few days), you need to get exit re-entry visa. Usually contracting companies don't cause problems in issuing it.

Thank
Leaving for emergency and quitting permanently are 2 entirely different things.
- In emergency situations, exit re-entry visas are immediately issued.
- To quit permanently, your contract termination clauses will be executed. They'll take the hand over for your work, calculate and give you the end-of-service benefits and allow you to leave KSA if all went well.
Important: All I wrote above will be in aligment with the contrator's agreement with SABIC. Do watch out what they are offering you in your contract with them.
thankx alot brother
