You must be joking! You may be an American/ Chinese / wearing whatever you please... The general idea is that you must make sense and you have good qualifications required by the company that interviews you. E.g. in case with IT people - you are either qualified and join the team or not. There are not too many demanding employers here - the labor market is shattered and people are striving to get employment in Moscow or elsewhere where their labor costs 5-10 times as much.
