i am here and i have interviewed for over 50 local ppl for my company for different positions, yet i am still not confident that i could qualify the right person effectively. And generally..I mean, generally, the ones who are religious seems more trusthworthy.

DonŽt be fooled by the religious ones. Mostly itŽs a facade. They are still inefficient and unreliable as I have experienced many times.

rule of thumb is never to trust 100%.
take a look at the labour act, when signing a contract read the conditions of service (if u r being employed) or make them sign it (if u r the employer).
and never a soft heart.
people will even break that...
