Salary + benefits are really good in comparison with other facilities + of course it's tax free. In general, Healthcare Providers working in the government really enjoy a high payscale + all the benefits ( free luxurious accomodation, airfare, 100% medical insurance covered which includes consultation, medicines, procedures if needed, school allowance for kids, education allowance for the staff for continuing medical/ professional development ).
