yes i learned German in Munich in two different institutes Goethe-institut and ASL-institut if you want to learn German i recommend you to learn that in Goethe ,but the course is expensive and ASL much cheaper than Goethe .For the Bank account i have an account by Hypovereinsbank and the dealing with them is very easy.i hope that help you
