It is now possible to have your personal belongings shipped out of Libya through ocean freight. Air freight is still not open as Turkish Airlines is not accepting commercial freight on their flight.
For ocean freight only full container loads are being shipped. If you need to ship a partial load you will have to wait till the volumes allow LCL shipments or till airfreight options becomes available, sometime in November.
I can provide the contact number if any one is interested in getting their belongings packed up for shipment.

As an addition to this, Malta now runs a ferry service, 3 times a week, it's a 14 hour trip, but it may be easier to get your stuff out to Malta, then sort it all from there.
check malta times dot com for the story and the contacts.
85 Euro's is a heck of a lot cheaper than flying stuff out and even if it takes a few trips, a lot cheaper than freight.
