Looking best place to find workers.

Hi,

I am a Finnish guy living here in Malta. I am interested to know what would be the best place to find workers here in Malta who have experience in ship repair projects? The workers that I am interested in are for instance pipe fitters, plumbers, carpenters, welders and steel workers. [Moderated: please post in classifieds]
I am already familiar with ETC, but I am also interested to know other good places to find workers or a contact person who has good connections and knowledge from above mentioned workers.
