Good schools/ child care (English / American) range from 5000$ - half day to around 7000$ full day till 15:00 hrs per year. There is a big waiting list in good nurseries.
Education is not up to level and is very expensive!!!!!!

Nurseries Like PAINT BOX and HEAD to TOE are good and tehir prices are around the above range.
International British / American schools are the only good schools for foreigners and they range from 10000$ - 20000$
