Returning to saudi on a new visa in a new passport without an noc

Hi,
I've been duped into a job in Rhiyadh that is not all I was told it was.  I'm on a work VISA but not yet started the iqama process.

My question is, if you leave after only a month or so, but without an noc, can you get a new passport in the UK and hence a new VISA and re-enter?

I know you shouldn't without an NOC and about the fingerprints but I've heard it can be done.  But i also heard they don't give VISAs to people who left under 6 months.  Would the embassy see immediately that you had recently acquired a visa?

Any help would be appreciated on this seemingly grey area!

Hello Johnson81 and welcome to Expat.com!

Good luck in your query,

@Johnson:
One Senior in Saudia told me that if you leave without a NOC, they keep the record for the period of 3 years.

However, i know this one other Guy, who told his company that it's a family emergency and he left. After 3 months of his departure, i met him at a different company in a different city.

So i am sure it's Do-Able but do your homework and get details first...else it's all luck
