Which documents are required to open a bank account in England ?
How long does it take to open it ?
Is there any restriction for expats regarding the services (loans for instance) ?

It can be if you do not have the required documents
Which documents are required to open a bank account in England ?
ID with photo such as passport / Driving licence + recent utility bills to verify your address and possibly a letter from your employer
How long does it take to open it ?
A few days if you have all the required documents
Is there any restriction for expats regarding the services (loans for instance) ?
You will not be able to get any loan/overdraft/credit card , you need to build up your credit score (UK) for these
