Travel survey: Best time for expats and families to travel?

Hello everyone

I'm working for a travel agency in China, and we want to start doing a monthly weekend trip for expats. Before we do that we would like to learn more about which time of the month is most suitable for expats and their families to go travelling?

I know it's difficult to generalize like this, but maybe some of you have some opinions about this topic? Is it for example most suitable in one of the first weekend of the month, because that's not too long time after people get their salary. Or maybe there's lots of other reasons why it's better to go travelling in another weekend of the month?
