Are you PR, have a PEP or at least an EPEC?
If not, it is unlikely you'll get the visa needed to work here (EP or WP), even if you get a job offer. There are too many locals already in Sales and Customer Service and they must be hired first, so the government won't allow many foreigners in this field.

Foreigners (except PRs) are not allowed to do sideline jobs or work for anybody other than the employer on their EP/WP (or cannot work at all on other visas).
The chances of being caught, and the consequences are very serious: You'll go to jail, will be returned to your country ASAP and will never be allowed to even visit Singapore again.
Be careful and stay away from such illegal offers as the above poster!
