Hello, my 17 year old daughter is a us citizen as am I and she is engaged
To a 17 year old Norwegian young man, she is currently visiting him for a couple of
Months and would like to move there, as would I. Can anyone give me advice on the best way
To do this.

I think the cheapest method is going to be to contact a shipping company. Some use containers to ship things in... like cars and household goods. Good luck!

Maybe 17 is a little young to get married. She can go to school in Norway either through and exchange program like rotary or apply to a Norwegian college or university. http://www.mit.edu/people/cdemello/no.html
It is also possible for her to live at least 1 year in Norway as an au-pair. http://www.greataupair.com/aupair-nanny-jobs/Norway.htm
She can travel here on a tourist visa for up to 3 months.
