Looking for info to move there

Hello,
I searched English speakers in Chile and was lead to this Expat.com site.  I don't know if this is the right site or person to contact but here it goes. Been go Santiago / VinaDelMar in Jan 2011. loved it.  Heard MUCH about similarities to CaliforniaUSA. Is simmilar or distant cousins. Hope to visit Valparaiso in the next few to 6 months, missed it last time. looking for info to move there, somewhere in the country and retire. Can you guide me to someone I can meet from the USA or Canada that lives in Santiago or Valparaiso?  made friends at Piano bar who email but very speradically, they get help to email & english wording.
