Hi everybody ,

Could you advise me please if there are some expats working for Dangote?It seems to be one of the largest company groups in Nigeria , so please tell me if it is OK for an expat to join them , or there are some complications like not payd in time salaries , holding of passports a.o.?
Maybe I shall start to work for them,
but still cannot decide.

Dangote is a big group but not sure of the other things you asked. Generally most of the companies hold the passport for sometime later they give it back too. So dont worry about it. Local salaries are always paid on time but overseas depends... some companies pay monthly, some every 3 months n so on. Just take care that the salary payment details are well written in your contract like what is being paid locally and what overseas. Make sure they mention the clause as when they are going to pay too. That should solve your problem i believe....
