Public transportation in La Paz

I used taxis pretty much exclusively - they will very cheap. Can't remember what they were exactly but in English speak it was the equivalent of a few pee for a ride accross the city. The buses, I found as someone over 6 foot, were rather cramped and small. Otherwise it's a lovely city to walk in - relatively safe you can get to the main exciting features really easily with a half hour walk max.
