Hi,
I'm new to the site and I'm looking for information on "living in Roatan" fulltime. Any info as far as year round weather (rainy season?) safety, banking,etc? All info is greatly apprectiated.

My husband and I are planning a trip to Roatan, with another couple, and are considering moving there. We want to check out the area, any suggestions as to where to stay and visit will be sooooooo helpful. Thanks! Debra

Roatan is definitely a good choice! I just love it. My husband and I are moving to Roatan in December 2011. I do know someone - living on Roatan who has started his own Real Estate agency. I could ask him if he could show you around on Roatan. When are you planning to come to Roatan? If you tell me the date I will check with him and give you an answer.
