@freyer : St. Lukes hospital has english speaking endocrinologist.You can try them to see if it works well for you. I personally wasn't too happy .Apparently, it's one of the best english speaking hospitals here.
Incase anyone knows of any good one please let me know.

Thanks for the St. Lukes reference. Sorry to hear you weren't impressed. Have you heard anything about Tokyo Women's Medical Center? I am not there yet, but pulled this location up in my research and it sounded like a good possibility.

I have heard of Tokyo Women Medical Center but never tried it.
There is another one called "Sanno Hospital" which has english speaking endocrinologists. I used to go there earlier.I don't have Diabetes. I suffer from Hypothyroid .
