Houses in Bujumbura are very expensive

If you have oney, it is easy to find a house but you have to pass by the commissionner to know about the house. Otherwise, you can pass by an office to know houses and to visit houses, there also you have to pay something.
You can easily find a furnished house. You will have a problem if your budget is limited.
