As I am a foreigner who has been living for 4 years now in Amman & also work for Abdoun Real Estate I can inform you it is easy to find a nice place (depending on your budget). Apartments are going from 6-7,000 JD per year upto 50,000 JD per year. Depending if you want furnished/unfurnished. Houses are starting at around 30,000 JD per year. Dont need anything in specific to rent a place,just $$$$ and copy of your passport....thats all
