I would want a place where I can learn about Irish food and further grow my knowledge.
Of course someplace that can help me support myself and be able to live in Ireland.
As for where i start in the kitchen I dont mind starting at the bottom but again as long as I can support myself.

Butchery, management, costing, creating recipies, extensive knowledge in Japanese, asain and Mexican cuisine. Working in a fast paced environments for up to 500 covers a night.
Culinary associates at Culinary institute Le Notre.
