• Coordination with Technical panel and understanding their requirements, defining job positions.
• Resourcing, screening and short listing resumes through various job portals or else internal reference, head hunting.

• Short listing the resumes based on desired skills and experience.
• Advertising vacancies, screening and short listing resumes.
• Ability to interface effectively with all levels of staff.
• Ability to prepare and maintain accurate records.
• Maintaining all confidential records in Master File
• Organize and keeping details for Event Management
• Writing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Organize Training arrangements for existing employee & foreign delicate.
• Arranging all the meeting and training ensuring availability of training materials
• Proficient with MS Word & Excel.
• Customer service management, direct dealing with clients.
• Identification of training needs and nominating candidates for training.
• Encouraging participation of employees in various organizational events.
• Issuing training certificates after completion of the training.
• Collection of payment of client (employees) bills (electricity & telephone)
• Arranging necessary arrangement for Visa Passport .
• Taking daily report from Maintaining dept..
• Maintaining an effective administration system.
• To assist in managing housekeeping, security, interacting with various Vendor to initiate discussions,
• follow-ups, travel arrangement, joining formalities, etc.
