• To develop and produce the Annual Training Requirement leading to development of an associated Annual Training Schedule. The post holder will work as a member of a dedicated team of Training Analysts, primarily reviewing and conducting Training Needs Analysis of training requirements through close liaison with staff located in the regions.
• Additionally, the post holder will perform routine reviews of Programmes of Instruction, recommending changes in order to maintain currency of content, and will contribute to courseware development.
